Each product page includes the fabric composition. We carefully select fabrics that prioritize comfort, quality, and durability.

To keep your embroidered pajama looking its best:

Wash inside out.
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
Do not use bleach.
Iron on low heat, avoiding direct contact with the embroidery.

Personalized orders can be paid in full online by card.

If you choose Cash on Delivery, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a deposit before production begins. Your order will only be confirmed and processed once the deposit has been received.

Orders are processed and prepared within 2–5 business days, regardless of whether they are personalized or non-personalized.

Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days after your order has been prepared, depending on your location.

If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to update your personalized text. Once production begins, personalized details can no longer be changed.

Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, in their original condition.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent.
