How do I choose the right size?

What are your pajamas made from?

Each product page includes the fabric composition. We carefully select fabrics that prioritize comfort, quality, and durability.

How should I wash my embroidered pajama?

To keep your embroidered pajama looking its best:

  • Wash inside out.
  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Iron on low heat, avoiding direct contact with the embroidery.
How do payments work for personalized orders?

Personalized orders can be paid in full online by card.

If you choose Cash on Delivery, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a deposit before production begins. Your order will only be confirmed and processed once the deposit has been received.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Orders are processed and prepared within 2–5 business days, regardless of whether they are personalized or non-personalized.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days after your order has been prepared, depending on your location.

Can I change my personalized text after placing an order?

If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to update your personalized text. Once production begins, personalized details can no longer be changed.

Return Policy
  • Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, in their original condition.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

    Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent.
